Welsh squad training with Master Peros

Come along to Master Peros' Welsh Squad training every Sunday 11am until 1pm at his full time centre in Cardiff. 

You must be training twice a week with your club and have permission from your instructor to attend Welsh Squad training. 

Open to juniors and seniors of all grades to attend, plus you will get chance to train alongside the current Welsh Mens and Ladies Teams. 

All sessions take place at the Cardiff Taekwondo Centre, 194b Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF5 1GW.
