BLACK BELT GRADING INFORMATION
BLACK BELT GRADING TIMES FOR WALES
Grading Venue : Hellidon Lakes Hotel, Hellidon, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 6GG
The grading times for Black Belts grading for higher dan grade are as follows on Friday April 21st :-
1st Dans 9.30am
2nd Dans 11.45am
3rd Dans and 4th Dans 1.30pm
The grading time for all students from Wales who are grading for Black Belt (1st Kups grading to 1st Dan) will be on Saturday April 22nd at 10.30am.
PLEASE ARRIVE IN PLENTY OF TIME BEFORE YOUR DUE START TIME!
We are pleased to confirm the times and student information for the upcoming Black Belt Pre-Grading training sessions with World Master Peros in Cardiff.
You will find the information below for the 3 sessions that all students wishing to grade MUST attend :-
April 1st -- April 8th -- April 15th
1st Kup and 2nd Kup 9.30am till 10.30am
1st Degree Black Belts 11.30am till 12.45pm
2nd Degree Black Belts and above 12.45pm till 2pm
All students must attend at least one of these sessions (£5 per session). If a students is grading in October then the sessions are free of charge but they must attend all 3 sessions. All STAR grading students must attend all 3 sessions.
All students must wear their white TAGB training uniform.

WELSH CLOSED CHAMPIONSHIPS -APRIL 29TH 2023
Fantastic competition for all!
Pick up an entry form as soon as possible from your instructor to take part in the Welsh Closed Championships on Saturday April 29th at Ebbw Vale Leisure Centre.
This tournament is open to all students at Welsh TAGB schools from Yellow Stripes to Black Belts. For those with little or no experience this is a great competition to gain more experience.
Compete in Patterns, Sparring, Team Patterns and Team Sparring plus destruction for adult Black Belts.

T.A.G.B. National online patterns finals results
Fantastic Success from Wales
After the Wales Patterns Championships the students that placed in the top 3 places qualified to the T.A.G.B. National Finals.
Congratulations to all participants we went through to the finals. There were 1600 participants over 10 regional areas of the UK. In the finals there were over 760 students competing to be a national champion.
Once again all students performed magnificently and were a credit to their clubs and instructors.
A huge thank you to all parents and instructors for all your hard work.
